Information on New Website

Hi OwlCrate subscribers!

At approximately 6PM PDT on 9/14/2020 we launched our brand new website.  As with any roll-out of this sort, we'll be encountering some initial difficulties, so we just wanted to make a note of them here.

  We're still in the process of migrating over all customer subscriptions to our new website (it's taking a little longer than we expected!).  If you don't see your subscription, please don't panic.  We're hoping that by the weekend (9/27/20) all your subscriptions should be visible in your OwlCrate Account.  No subscriptions have been cancelled and no shipments have been disrupted.
